We are Brett and Tim, two Australians who have been building things together for over 20 years. We came to Bali because we love it here. We stayed because it turned out we were very good at this.
Brett leads every wedding from the creative side. Venue selection, design direction, florals, lighting, the look and feel of the whole day. He has been doing this for over 30 years across Australia and Indonesia and has a way of seeing what a celebration should feel like before a single vendor is booked.
Tim handles the logistics and is on the ground at every wedding directing the day. Timelines, vendor coordination, staff briefings, making sure what was planned actually happens. When the music starts, Tim is the one making sure every moving part is exactly where it needs to be.
We take on a small number of weddings each year. That is a deliberate choice. It means we are never stretched, never delegating to juniors, and never too busy to notice the details that matter. When you book us, you get both of us. Every time.
We do not run a wedding factory.
Most planning operations in Bali take on as many bookings as the calendar allows, then delegate the actual work to junior staff. We do not operate that way.
We attend every wedding personally
Both of us are present on your wedding day. You will not meet us during planning and then be handed to someone else. That does not happen here.
One fixed, transparent fee
Rp 30,000,000 covers full planning. We also receive a standard 10% industry referral from vendors. We disclose this openly. It never influences who we recommend.
No packages. No bundles.
Every wedding is built from scratch around what you actually want. We do not fit couples into pre-built structures. The wedding is yours, not ours.
Remote planning is completely handled
Most of our couples do not visit Bali before their wedding week. We manage everything remotely. You do not need to be here to be organised.

The conversation
You reach out via WhatsApp or the enquiry form. We talk through your vision, your date, your guest count, and your budget. No sales pitch. Just an honest conversation about what is possible.
The proposal
We put together a tailored proposal. Real venues, real vendor options, real costs. Nothing vague. You see exactly what you are investing in before you commit to anything.
The planning
We manage everything remotely. Venue contracts, vendor briefings, timelines, logistics. You are involved in the decisions, not the administration. That is what you are paying us for.
Your wedding day
We are there. Both of us. From the first vendor arrival to the last guest leaving. You will not spend your wedding day managing anyone. That is our job.
We are still here because we still care.
We have not stopped showing up. Not because we have to, but because that is the only way this works. Every wedding we have ever planned, we have attended. That has not changed since we opened and it will not change in the future.
There is something that happens on a wedding day that no amount of briefing documents can replicate. A timeline shifts. A vendor is late. The light changes. The couple needs someone calm in the room who has seen it all before and knows exactly what to do. That person needs to be us, not a junior coordinator reading our notes.
Twenty years of working together means we do not need to communicate much on the day. We already know what the other is handling. That is what you are actually buying when you book us.

Things couples ask us most.
Do we need to visit Bali before the wedding?
No. The majority of our couples plan their entire wedding from overseas. We manage all site visits, vendor meetings, and venue inspections on your behalf. Most couples arrive in Bali during their wedding week and everything is already in place.
Will we actually work with you, or be passed to a coordinator?
You work with us directly throughout the entire process. We do not have a junior team handling our bookings. Brett leads the design and planning, Tim manages logistics and is present on the day. Both of us attend every wedding we take on.
How does your vendor commission work?
We receive a standard 10% referral fee from the vendors we recommend. This is industry practice in Bali and we disclose it because most planners do not. Our vendor recommendations are based on direct experience, not on who pays the highest rate. You are welcome to ask us about any vendor we suggest.
Can you plan an Indian wedding in Bali?
Yes. We have a dedicated vendor team for Indian celebrations including a specialist Hindu priest, Indian chefs, a DJ experienced with Bollywood and Punjabi repertoire, and florists familiar with Indian ceremony requirements. We plan across all wedding styles within Indian celebrations.
How many weddings do you take on each year?
We keep our calendar deliberately small. We do not publish a specific number because it varies by year and season, but we turn down bookings to protect the quality of what we deliver. If your date is available, we will tell you directly.
What does your planning fee cover?
The fee of Rp 30,000,000 covers full planning from first brief to wedding day. That includes venue selection, all vendor coordination, contracts, timelines, on-the-day direction, and our attendance throughout. Vendor costs are separate and paid directly by you. There are no add-ons or percentage charges on top of the planning fee.
Which areas of Bali do you work in?
All seven regions. Seminyak, Ubud, Uluwatu, Nusa Dua, Canggu, Sanur, and Jimbaran. We have established vendor relationships and venue knowledge across all of them.
