We do not offer packages because your wedding is not a package. Every production is built from the ground up — your venue, your vendors, your vision. The planning fee is fixed and transparent. Everything else is built around you.
Brett personally directs every wedding we take on. Not a coordinator. Not a junior assistant. The same person who takes your first call is on site on your wedding day.

From the first conversation to the moment you walk off the dance floor — we manage every aspect of your wedding. Venue sourcing, vendor briefing, budget management, permits, logistics, timeline, and complete on-the-day direction.
Most of our couples are planning from Australia, the UK, or Southeast Asia. We handle every on-the-ground task so you are never flying blind from thousands of kilometres away.

Coordination
You have done the planning. You know what you want. What you need is someone with deep Bali experience to take your run sheet and execute it without anything falling through the cracks.
This is not a budget version of full planning — it is a specific service for a specific situation. We step in one month out, take over all vendor communication, run your rehearsal, and direct the day completely.

First conversation
We talk through your vision, guest count, date, and budget. No forms. No sales pitch. We are working out whether we are the right fit — and we will tell you honestly if we are not.
Venue & vendor brief
We present a shortlist of venues matched to your brief with honest assessments. Once locked, we build your vendor team from our vetted network across Bali.
Remote planning phase
We manage every on-the-ground task. Regular updates, all proposals for your approval, one clear budget document. No surprises. No chasing.
Your wedding day
Senior planner is on site from first setup to last vendor out. A minute-by-minute run sheet goes to every vendor. Your only job is to be completely present.
Fixed fee.
Full transparency.
No surprises.
Almost every Bali wedding planner bundles their fee inside a package price — meaning you can never see what you are paying for planning versus vendors. We do not operate that way.
Our planning fee is fixed and public. Your venue and vendor spend is entirely in your hands. Every supplier cost is presented to you before you commit to anything.
Do I need a planner for a Bali villa wedding?
Most private villas require a licensed planner as a condition of their venue contract. If your venue requires one anyway, use the service properly from the start — the planning phase is where the real value is.
