Tell us your date in the first message and we will check immediately. We will never string you along if we are not available. A straight answer takes us less than an hour.
"What if our budget is not enough?"
Tell us your honest number and we will tell you honestly what is possible. We would rather have that conversation early than waste your time building something that does not fit.
"Are we too late to reach out?"
Sometimes dates are gone and we will tell you that immediately. But we have pulled together weddings in eight weeks for couples who came to us late. Message us first. The answer might surprise you.

Do I need my date confirmed before contacting you?
No. You can reach out with a rough timeframe and we will tell you what dates we have available. Many couples come to us before they have locked anything in and we work through it together from there.
Do you charge for the initial conversation?
No. The conversation, the proposal, and all the back and forth before you decide to book us is completely free. Our planning fee applies once you confirm and we begin work on your wedding.
We are not sure about our budget yet. Should we still reach out?
Yes. Give us your best estimate and we will work with it honestly. If your number is not realistic for what you are imagining we will tell you directly. We would rather have that conversation early than plan something that does not fit.
How long does it take to receive a proposal?
Once we have your key details we typically have a tailored proposal to you within three to five business days. It includes specific venue options, vendor recommendations, and a realistic cost breakdown.
What time zone are you in?
We are based in Bali, Indonesia — WITA, UTC plus 8. We are online across Australian, UK and US business hours. If you message outside those hours we will have a response waiting when you wake up.
