The Big Fat
Indian Wedding.
Bali style.
Multi-day productions with specialist vendors who understand your ceremonies, your cuisine, your culture. From Mehendi to Mandap — every event produced with the detail it deserves.
The destination Indian
families are choosing
over home.
Indian destination weddings have been growing rapidly and Bali has become one of the most sought-after locations for families who want the grandeur of a multi-day production without the constraints of an Indian hotel ballroom.
Luxury venues in Bali run 50 to 60 percent cheaper than equivalent five-star hotel productions in India. A destination wedding naturally manages the guest list to a meaningful 100 to 200 people — the family and friends who truly matter — rather than the thousands that social obligations can create at home.
The result is a more intimate, more visually spectacular, and often more affordable production. Bali does tropical grandeur better than almost anywhere in the world. And unlike other international destinations, it is practical — with direct flights from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad.
50-60% less than Indian hotels
Equivalent luxury venue and catering at a fraction of five-star Indian hotel pricing.
Intimate guest lists
A destination naturally caps at 150 to 200 meaningful guests rather than thousands of social obligations.
Tropical grandeur
Clifftop estates, private villas, ocean views — settings no Indian city can replicate.
Specialist vendors
Hindu priest, Indian chefs, Bollywood DJ — a team that knows your ceremonies from the inside.
Direct flights from India
Direct services from Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore, and Hyderabad make travel practical for your guests.
Multi-day infrastructure
Bali venues are built for multi-event productions. Each ceremony gets its own full setup.
Every ceremony
is a full production.
We do not treat a multi-day Indian wedding as one event with add-ons. Each ceremony — Mehendi, Haldi, Sangeet, the Hindu ceremony and reception — is planned and produced as its own standalone event. Its own decor. Its own catering. Its own setup and pack-down. Its own run sheet.
Our planning fee reflects this: Rp 30,000,000 per event setup. Five events means five full productions, each executed with the same attention to detail as if it were the only event of the week.
This is what separates a genuine Indian wedding specialist from a general planner who has agreed to attempt one. We have done it. We know what each ceremony needs and we plan accordingly from day one.
Day one.
Mehendi and Haldi.
The opening ceremonies set the tone for the entire production. Both are planned as full standalone events — not informal gatherings squeezed between the bigger moments.
The henna ceremony
An intimate, joyful gathering where the bride and female guests receive intricate henna designs. The atmosphere is relaxed and celebratory — afternoon light, colourful textiles, live music, and light refreshments. We source specialist Mehendi artists experienced in both traditional and contemporary designs, and style the space with rich warm florals and fabrics that photograph beautifully.
The turmeric ceremony
One of the most photographed moments of any Indian wedding. Family and friends apply turmeric paste to the bride and groom, symbolising purification and blessing before the wedding. Joyful, informal, and visually spectacular. We create the right setting: open air, vibrant marigold florals, and the relaxed atmosphere that makes this ceremony unforgettable on camera. Photography is briefed specifically for Haldi — the lighting, angles, and timing need specialist direction to capture it properly.
The Sangeet.
Bali at its most spectacular.
The Sangeet is often the most logistically complex event of the entire production — and the one guests remember most. Family performances, Bollywood dancing, a full dinner reception, and a DJ who knows exactly when to shift from family acts to a full dance floor.
In Bali, the Sangeet becomes something else entirely. A clifftop estate lit from below. An ocean backdrop. A production-level lighting rig above a dance floor where three generations are dancing together. We have done this. We know what it takes.
The music and dance night
The Sangeet requires a full production team: large guest capacity, a stage for family performances, production lighting, professional AV, a Bollywood DJ with genuine experience reading an Indian dance floor, and a dinner service running seamlessly alongside the entertainment. We coordinate all of it. The run sheet for a Sangeet is one of the most complex documents we produce — and we have been doing it long enough to know exactly how the evening needs to flow.
Ceremony
The Mandap ceremony
The main wedding ceremony conducted under the Mandap — the sacred canopy — with a specialist Hindu priest who conducts the rituals in Hindi and Sanskrit. The Saat Phere (seven sacred vows), Mangalsutra, and Sindoor ceremony are conducted with full traditional reverence. We work with a priest experienced in North Indian wedding traditions who understands the importance of every ritual and how to pace the ceremony for both participants and guests. The Mandap is designed and built to reflect the significance of the moment — not a backdrop, but a centrepiece.
The wedding reception
The grand reception brings everything together — full dinner service for the complete guest list, production-level lighting and AV, live entertainment, and the celebration that carries everyone through to the final dance. We design the reception space as a complete transformation of the venue: floral installations, custom furniture, lighting that creates the right atmosphere from entrance to dance floor. After two full days of production, the reception is the moment every element comes together — and it is treated accordingly.

Vendors who actually
understand your wedding.
Most Bali planners will attempt an Indian wedding with a standard Western vendor team. The results are predictable — a beautiful venue with catering that misses the mark, a DJ who does not know Bollywood, and a priest who reads from a script without understanding the rituals.
We built our Indian wedding vendor team specifically for this market. Every specialist in our network was chosen because they know Indian weddings from the inside — the ceremonies, the cuisine, the music, the cultural detail that makes the difference between a good wedding and an extraordinary one.
Built for Indian
weddings specifically.
Every vendor in our Indian wedding network was chosen for one reason: they understand your ceremonies. Not generalists who have done one Indian wedding. Specialists who know the difference between a Sangeet and a reception, and what each one needs to be exceptional.
Hindu Priest
Specialist Hindu priest conducting ceremonies in Hindi and Sanskrit. Experienced in North Indian wedding traditions including Saat Phere, Mangalsutra, and Sindoor. Conducts with full cultural reverence and explains each ritual to guests in English so everyone present understands the significance of what they are witnessing.
Indian Specialist Chefs
Our catering partner has two dedicated Indian chefs with deep knowledge of North Indian, South Indian, and Jain cuisine. Fully experienced in religious dietary requirements — no guesswork, no substitutions without consultation. Authentic Indian menus for large guest counts, executed to a standard that Indian families actually recognise as correct.
Bollywood DJ
Our DJ has extensive experience with Indian weddings and understands the full arc of a Sangeet and reception. He knows when to play classical Bollywood, when to shift to contemporary Punjabi beats, and how to read an Indian dance floor. The music is never generic — it is curated to your family, your generation, and your guests.
Indian Wedding Florist
Our florist has direct experience with Indian wedding aesthetics — marigold garlands for Haldi, rich jewel-toned arrangements for the Mandap, and large-scale floral architecture for Sangeet and reception. She understands the scale Indian weddings demand and delivers it without compromise.

Five events.
Two days.
180 guests.
A complete multi-day North Indian wedding production in Bali. Five distinct ceremonies, each with its own full setup, decor, catering, and production team. Every detail — from the Mandap design to the Bollywood DJ set list — managed by us from first brief to final dance.
Transparent pricing.
Per event.
No surprises.
Our planning fee for Indian wedding productions is Rp 30,000,000 per event setup. A five-event production means five fees — because each event is a full production, not an add-on to a single day.
This is how we ensure every ceremony gets the attention it deserves. We do not compromise on Mehendi to save budget for the reception. Every event is planned and produced to the same standard.
Venue, catering, decor, entertainment, and all specialist vendor costs are separate and presented to you before you commit to anything. We build your complete budget — broken down event by event — in our first conversation.
For Indian weddings in Bali, realistic all-in budgets for 150 to 200 guests across 4 to 5 events typically range from USD 40,000 to USD 80,000 depending on venue choice and production scale. We will give you an honest number, not a range designed to get you in the door.
