The Bali wedding
Australians are
choosing over home.
Australian standards. Bali soul. We have been planning weddings for Australian couples since 2019 — and we know exactly how to make it seamless from 6,000km away.
Australian weddings have become
eye-wateringly expensive.
The average Australian wedding in 2026 costs $38,252 — and that is before the budget blowout that hits 23% of couples during planning. Sydney couples are spending $40,000 to $45,000. Melbourne $38,000 to $42,000. The venue alone averages $17,518 nationally — nearly half the entire budget before a single flower is arranged.
Bali is not a compromise. It is the smarter choice. A bespoke production at a clifftop estate or private villa — with a professional planner, premium catering, world-class photography, full florals, and a ceremony — for a couple with 50 guests typically runs $20,000 to $35,000 AUD all-in.
For what Australians spend on a venue hire alone, you can have the entire production in Bali — and come home with memories that outshine anything a suburban function centre could deliver.

More wedding.
Less compromise.
Clifftop ceremonies overlooking the Indian Ocean. Private villa receptions surrounded by tropical gardens. Candlelit dinners under open Balinese skies. The kind of photography that stops people scrolling.
Bali's wedding industry has been serving international couples for decades. The venues, vendors, and production quality are world-class — not because they are trying to match Australia, but because they have built an industry specifically for couples who want more than a function room.
And because the rupiah does what the Australian dollar no longer can, you get all of it for significantly less.
You do not need to
visit Bali until
your wedding week.
This is the question every Australian couple asks first — and the answer is the same every time. We handle everything on the ground in Bali. You handle your life in Australia. The two run in parallel, and we connect them.
Our planners are based in Bali. Every venue walk-through, every vendor tasting, every permit application, and every pre-wedding site check is managed in person on your behalf. You receive regular updates, all proposals for your approval, and one clear budget document that grows as decisions are made.

Early dry season. Excellent conditions with more venue availability. ANZAC Day long weekend is particularly popular.

Real AUD budgets.
No surprises.
Most couples with 50 guests planning a full wedding weekend in Bali spend between $20,000 and $35,000 AUD on core wedding services. Where you land in that range depends on venue choice, guest count, and production scale.
Larger productions for 80–120 guests at premium clifftop estates typically run $35,000 to $55,000 AUD all-in — still significantly less than an equivalent event in Sydney or Melbourne, with a setting those cities cannot match.
Our planning fee is fixed and transparent: Rp 30,000,000 per event — approximately $2,800 AUD. All venue and vendor costs are separate and presented to you before you commit to anything.
